I like the thought that discord is a artificial life form like he was created as in born through some kind supernatural phenomenon.

Now this arc is making sense for me but I will leave it as a what if story.

There is no evidence that suggest that discoshy isn’t canon, even Cosmos brought it very shortly when she turned her into a butterfly. Its just the story didnt went anywhere with that premise and it didnt focus on Discords feelings at all. They quickly revealed that Comsos wasnt loving him and just wanted to use him and they didnt force Discord into any emotional struggle that would have revealed his feelings for Fluttershy. And even Spike is aware of them in the show.

I thought than the draconequus aren’t a species, instead is just a race, part of a chaotic species, every race for a specific type of chaos, that’s why exist Princess Eris (luck) and Cosmos (malice), both really don’t look similar to Discord, instead they have a different type of body.

is draconequui, because the singular is draconequus, so for logic of a chaotic species (or race), makes sense call then like a singular, draconequui.

I respectfully disagree. Who’s to say that there aren’t hundreds, even thousands of other draconequines making chaos and disharmony in other dimensions? Discord hasn’t even left Equestria, much less caused chaos in anywhere but Equestria in the past two thousand years, so stands to reason that those other dimensions had their own draconequines.  
Besides, there’s nothing wrong with branching out and saying ‘what if…?’  
That’s how new ideas are born.
