Let’s sum this up:  
  1. two ponies with “adventure” cutie marks meet, they travel a lot  
  2. for some reason they decide to have a kid, so they bang, Scootaloo was born  
  3. they realize they can’t have fun anymore travelling because they’d have to take care of her daughter, so they drop her to two aunts and gtfo of here  
  4. Scootaloo is raised mostly by her aunts, but also by ponies in town, she doesn’t have real parents  
  5. every problem she encounters she has to deal with it alone, with support of her friends  
  6. she needs someone close to protect and support her so badly, she sometimes acts irrationally, she wants to impress Rainbow Dash mostly because she needs a big sister  
  7. her parents don’t give a single shit about her, they didn’t know she’s got a cutie mark, she was bullied at school or she suffered because she’s handicapped  
  8. THEN they come back, sell their house, making Scoots practically homeless, and force her to abandon her life, her real family, everyone she really loved, just to mindlessly follow them - and still Scootaloo adores them because of Stockholm Syndrome
     
    I don’t know why the writers hate her so much, but her last episode was simply tragic and outrageous. Her parents should get their genitals smashed to the point they would never get a chance to make another kid. Two self-centered, egoistic fuckers with no empathy.

My Little Pony - 1992 Edition

Scoot’s parents mean well, but she’s right–they have NO CLUE what they’re putting her through here. I’ve never seen a more emotionally tone-deaf pair of ponies in the show’s entire run. You have to wonder if they even understand the basics of parenting.

Only a few, mainly the villains gathering together and Twilight taking Celestia’s role as Ruler. That pretty much all of the main characters have either achieved their life goals or are fairly comfortable where they are in life right now.
 
I would have liked to have a season 10, since they are indeed here, as long as the ending is satisfactory, I won’t really mind.
 
And hey, G5 has pretty much been confirmed, so…

I haven’t seen the early release, and I’m waiting for the episode to air in the U.S. on Discovery Family. But based on this screenshot and translation, I’m guessing Scootaloo’s parents love their daughter and they mean well, but they don’t always make the best decision for her?
