No. She simply has anger issues, this has been evident since Friendship Games, if you still haven’t got that memo, I’m sorry.
 
Everyone makes huge mistakes.  
I didn’t like when Starlight mind controlled the rest of the Mane 6 when Twilight was away cause she didn’t know what to do.
 
I didn’t wish her to burn in hell for it, that’s extreme.
 
Also it’s just not good writing on Pinkie’s part.  
In the past she had impulses but could at least resist them, nowadays it’s like she sees something and HAS to do it.
