no this one was really weird it had that captain planet animation. I’ll describe it as best as I can remember. best as I can remember it was about a guy who kept a red dress inside a closet that looked like a sumo wrestler and the way he opened it was looking into the eyes of the sumo closet and later in the show I think he was chasing some guy in the sumo closet cause I guess its like the TARDIS and the wall are lined with red curtains and as soon as he reaches the end he’s on a train in the dessert and at the end of the show I guess the sumo closet can come alive but as soon as it dose I think it gets gunned downed and the red dress is destroyed to and there was a commercial bumper that had a fly(insect) fly into a eye and then the eye blinks and after the eye blinks all you can see is the fly’s wing in place of the normal eye. yeah I have no idea what the hell that was but I still remember is 28 years later
