I don’t know about the rest of you, but I really like the idea of Rarity and her family being Jewish (or whatever Equestrian equivalent there may be).
As for the others, I think Twilight would be atheist, Applejack would be Christian, Fluttershy would be Buddhist, Rainbow Dash would be agnostic, and Pinkie Pie would be Pastafarian.

Flutters really has the Zen vibe to her, doesn’t she?
