Gun Jesus did a video on a similar pistol.
Supposedly so, though it’s very rare and apparently very underpowered for it’s time period.

It’s a little bit confusing but I made the PDF text based on the GDF from the uniform.
To me PDF stands for Pony Defense Force! ^^
