The show has been absolute garbage since the second season. Deal with it.

I never planned to quit the fandom. I simply planned to only watch S1 and S2 episodes from now on , far from that Hasbro’s marketing ripoff that is alicorn twilight.

I remember they said the same thing about S3 and, at least in my opinion, S3 was at the very best OK and at the very worst sub-mediocre.

I’m sure it’ll be great. I’m just curious what the next scandal will be.

I think that’s everyone position, for the most part, because the end was such a non-ender Twilight could now become a grizzled dragon hunter and we wouldn’t be none the wiser.

You should never quit a show just because of one episode. I don’t like the direction that the finale seemed to be pushing in, but I think the show at least deserves a chance to show us where this is all going!

I’m gonna hold you to that, Dan.

Just because you leave the fandom doesn’t mean you can’t still watch the show casually.

I thought the finale was awesome, no joke. I’m really glad we’re getting more pony! I’m looking forward to what’s in store. :)
 
In all seriousness, if you (“you” being anyone) are feeling really unhappy with the show and the fandom, it might be a strong sign that you are burning out. Do something else for awhile and see if you still feel the same after a few months. If you feel like you’re falling into the same rut of unhappiness, it might be time to move on completely. You’ll be far happier for it, and everyone else will be, too.

I never planned of leaving, was it just for the community here, but this excite my curiosity.
