Agreed, so long as nobody is trying to make them participate. Admittedly, I’m more agnostic than atheist. Though I think the best word for me would probably be something closer to “misotheist” and/or “deophobic”; I choose not to pray because I’m concerned who/what may hear it. (If your god has everything already planned, doesn’t a prayer asking for something not in the plan border on blasphemy? Wouldn’t you lose karma points, if not flat-out incur the wrath and stuff, for acting as though you knew better than the deity in question?)

I think some are overreacting personally.
 
I mean I don’t like mixing IRL faiths/religion with ponies either (heck Jesus ponifications look silly, and a li’l sacreligious to me) but this image seems preety innocent, and harmless to me. (And I don’t see any lower-case letter “T” or anything anywhere implying what faith they are.)
 
I think Atheists who get offended or “triggered” constantly by anything slightly religious, are no better then the religious-fanatics frankly.

They’re not literally “Amish,” they’re rock farmers. So they might have some “modern” conviences. We never do see inside their house, and such.

Oh yeah…At my old private grade school they had us praying the rosary a LOT. Afterwards my back would just be so sore cuz of the kneeling it was crazy.

Um, how is praying in real life, not harmless?

In MLP the praying is harmless cuz Celestia and Luna actually exist. Question is…do they actually hear them? Or is it one of those things the guards occasionally check on to make sure they’re obeying the law?

I think it is a very sweet picture.

Awwww, well though there is no actual indication as to who or what they are praying to I do wish there was a bit more christian themed art.
