Given the number of items on that list that would be considered essential for an Equestrian excursion of any length, the punishing drawbacks on most of the good ones, and the price/resource ratio, I can draw only one conclusion: the artist is a complete dick.

A lot of the things listed here are superfluous.
 
Magic laptop with the internet upgrade(15), conjure drink (water)(20), magic immunity ring(35), an indestructible tool (either a 16999 Wenger Swiss Army Knife or a sonic screw driver)(36), and conjure food (fully tested, refined and completed Soylent paste) (41), please.
 
This leaves me 19 credits to use on the magic stopwatch (51) and a book with copy ability (56). The book would either be a black, blank, hard cover sketchbook or, if it must be a written book, a hard cover copy of This is Ze_Book by the great author Ze (it has the sentence “This is Ze_Book.” in it and the rest of the pages are empty).
 
For one credit I get an industructable Swiss army knife with 141 tools or a OP tool of awesome that can be used to do pretty much anything the situation calls for (only hiccups are: A. It doesn’t exist and B. How do you work it?). For 10 credits, I get instant food and water whenever I want.  
If anyone attacks me, I’ll force them to drink/eat the water or soylent. I could also tip the end of a weapon to make it poisonous.  
The reason I chose the Ze_Book is because that way I have something to write on and leave messages on (I’m not leaving my computer) as I can summon as many as I want, whenever. Cold? Burn a few Ze_Books. Raining? Use a Ze_Book as cover. Need to sleep? Use a few Ze_Books as a bed and a lot more as a book fort. I see Fluttershy? Hit her with a Ze_Book. Angry bear? Spawn a mountain of Ze_Books on him!
 
The bike is tempting, but it says nothing about negating the relativity effects or the effects of extreme acceleration/deceleration.

Dr. Manhattan was a hero in both the graphic novel and movie. Out of touch with humanity, yes, but a hero all the same. In the movie, he was framed as being a villain.

Perhaps if you look from the movies perspective, but I will always hold the graphic novel as the true version.
