Okay, we don’t. Not that many other unicorns have been really shown using magic. Levitation seems to be the only ‘fluent’ spell we’ve seen so far in the unicorn race.
We’ll have to wait till an episode/comic to get a clear definition.
That assuming we know what level par unicorns are at.
Considering how she used her magic and going by the magic used by unicorns outside the main six, she’s quite talented. {As she’s able to do a large amount of spells and coordinate well.}
I would postulate that she’s on par with Rarity, as both seem to be above par level unicorns.
