Funny that, according to the artist, he drew Sunset as Mara just so we could recognize her, as having her bacon hair poking out of the Vader helmet would be silly. So in making a practical artistic decision Mayorlight actually predicted Sunset’s redemption and beloved status by the fans.
Of course…that means we should introduce her to Jacen. >:)

I don’t think Snips would fill Tarkin’s role…For some reason, I envisioned Mayor Mare more fitting.

Yes, I did dress her up like Mara Jade - mainly because I didn’t want to hide her behind a mask and armor. I was also considering dressing her up as Darth Bane’s apprentice Zannah.
