The only one that makes sense to me is Rarity as France. All the others are random to me, how is Applejack NOT America? I could see her down to earth attitude and hard working ethics possibly making here Russia, but Germany?  
Also, maybe it’s because she is an OC, but Aryanne is an obvious choice for Germany.

Also, AJ should have the swastika flag, not the modern German flag. The flag of Italy under Mussolini did have the green-white-red pattern of the modern flag, but it also had a coat of arms design on it too.
