Personally, I loved this little part here. Not only was Fluttershy noticeably graceful, shall we say, but I just love how genuinely scared she sounded. Is that cruel? Actually, what I love about this episode is how they were able to animate actual fright in their eyes, and Andrea Libman was able to capture that wonderfully for this scene.

Gotta wonder if this is maybe a little bit of fanservice. Someone put a lot of care into animating Fluttershy’s butt.
 
The animation is really smooth and detailed, and it really captures the shape of her body. Look at the base of her tail when she lifts her right back hoof off the ground about halfway through. Her hips widen a little, and the tailbase kinda ducks around as she turns. Very detailed.
