Nope, sorry, not a troll. Shit like that HAS happened in the US. Even if you don’t care to believe it, kids have been arrested in some “zero tolerance” schools for being kids. Have a fit in class? Have aspirin on your person? Bring a plastic picnic knife to school in your lunchbox? In most classrooms the teacher disciplines the kid (if they do anything at all). In some they call the cops (check the news, sometime). I do agree, it’s very stupid.
The judge throws out the case straight at the weak troll suggesting such a thing is stupid.
