Also before you guys say I missed two alien species, let me remind you that the Eldar couldn’t give a damn about us, and the Tau at least try to reason with humans… with mixed results. Also if I remember correctly, there were some Exodite Eldar that actually live with Humans in peace, mind you they might be feral, or not.

That’s not really how the imperium operates. If they find an alien civilization thousands of years away from FTL-travel they will still obliterate it. The Imperial creed calls for nothing less than the complete and utter extinction of all intelligent non-human species.
