Also same eye color does not mean a relation as Twilight and Shining Armor do not have the same eye color despite their closeness.their cmusical cutie marks can’t be used as proof either because as was shown by that Pegasus family(she had paw prints and the father had a football)cutie marks can be extremely different yet also one could recall many siblings do have similar cutie marks(aloe and lotus,apple family,Twilights family).I do actually think that they are siblings as they have many similarities and it would another interesting angle to her fandom based character yet it’s possible all their similar use brought them together as a couple as well.

Their placement in the first and second season were random or emplaced cause their colors contrasted well,when hasbro noticed the fandom depicting them as friends,they inserted them together more often as a nod to the fandom in season 3 and 4,so any attempt to tally their appearances together to justify head cannons would be biased.

Noteworthy is one of my secret faves, so Blues and Lyra in a scene together is actually pretty squeeworthy, I guess.
