The human charecter actually belongs to Otherwise, it’s her interpretation of Mr Hyde; she’s currently working on a Jekyll and Hyde adaptation. Ecokitty is a close friend of Otherwise and likes drawing her charecters. The running joke with Mr Hyde (as seen in this image) is that he tries to be scary when he really isn’t.
But Fluttershy is worst pony.
If those tags are anything to go by, that’s Mr. Hyde.
That human character is really cute.
