So what’s so gross about diapers? If not used, they’re just plushy underwear. If used, then really it’s not much grosser than sex, since in sex it’s normal to get sticky, slimy fluids on yourself, anyways. Only difference is urine has a consistency that isn’t as gross, and as opposed to getting it on yourself and furniture, it stays contained in the diaper - the same reason they’re put on infants. Heck, humping and having orgasms in a diaper is cleaner than not wearing one, since you don’t get the mess everywhere.
