Good point.
The heat death which was caused by the laws of physics, and continues in that state because of the laws of physics.
But time is just a location in four-dimensional spacetime, and perhaps something that only exists in the way it does to our human perception. In other times, in other places, perhaps, if there is a multiverse, reality continues there, and although there are no objects for the laws of mathematics to work on, the laws of mathematics themselves remain.
Cough Heat Death of The Universe Cough
Not necessarily. Do the laws of physics have an end? Do principles of mathematics have an end? Do space and time themselves have an end? I think not.
