Eh, shit happens. Sorry for calling you a troll.
And by their rejection and hatred of valid criticism, they validate it further.
Anyone that leaves feminism is treated much the same way by feminists as those women are. Anyone that speaks out against it is a betrayer of feminism, and has probably already realized that feminism is a lost movement anyway.
The point is that, well… this is how feminism is. But as more and more people speak out, feminism’s strength is dwindles. We’re only really starting to see it now, but counter-feminism (anti-feminism, egalitarianism, etc) is gaining strength.
Looks like all sock puppets if you ask a “REAL” feminist.
The revolution is now.
Yeah, I really wish They’d have someone stand up there and say Feminism is as sexist to women as it is men, but the problem is. Those people are bullied by feminists and/or written off as sock-puppets or too stupid to see how sexist the word around them are.
The problem is that these were the core values of feminism in that day. Nothing has actually changed with feminism, it’s just that feminists have successfully spun feminist bullshit and essentially rewrote history to make it seem like feminism was at any time heroic. Heck, the behavior at Seneca Falls really clinches it. The Declaration of Sentiments was the birth of feminism and that convention and that declaration really shows what feminism is all about: Blame, hatred, and victim-playing.
I would not doubt that hearing feminists in the early years acted like the lunatics today only now they’re 80% to 90% of the feminists now. MSNBC did some bullshit special about how feminism won 2014 and the only thing they brought up was Beyoncé had the world “Feminist” on her show and anything else’s that was good had feminism to thank, and they completely ignored the lynch mobs and bullying feminists have been doing all year.
Actually, Karen Straughan (AKA GirlWritesWhat) argues that feminism has always been about producing a gap in responsibilities vs. privilege among women.

If you didn’t, I might of. :b
Now I have to post this.
I’m talking to Orangecraz, not the troll. Calm your tits.
I’d like to point you to what feminism has done over the past couple of decades, including actively working to remove due process from rape cases (in spite of the fact that it’s the most falsely reported crime in the USA and police already assume “guilty until proven innocent” in rape cases, in spite of feminist claims), lied about just about every major issue (wage gap to rape statistics and everything in between), and lobbied for laws that put male abuse victims behind bars via the use of predominant aggressor policies, not to mention setting obviously abusive murderers free.
Feminism also began with misandry. Look up the Declaration of Sentiments sometime. And let’s not forget how feminists since the 40’s have lied about how abortion became illegal in the US (among other things) because feminists changed their minds about it and didn’t like admitting that.
Yeah, early feminists campaigned for making abortion illegal, and then when later feminists changed their minds, guess who they claimed was responsible for making it illegal?
There are two problems with “sane” feminists:
The first is that they’re often in word, not deed. I was told by one that claimed that, “Oh, there are problems with the more vocal feminists, but look at people like me!” to check her “sources” for links to sites that deal with “men’s issues.” The only one that talked about men talked about men as perpetrators of domestic violence (the majority of perpetrators are women, based on the studies that don’t use sexist language to define domestic violence) and rape (women are about as likely as men to be rapists outside of the prison system, and far more likely than men to be rapists inside, both in male and female prisons). Additionally, it had an article that said that every man that’s ever done anything positive in history gets no credit for his actions. All credit goes to his mother.
The second is that, in the case when they are actually interested in equality, they give power to those in charge. Remember the issue with the first paragraph? Generally, they’re lied to about the actual issues and give power to those that push for laws and policies that are either based on those lies or are just absolutely horrid (wrapped up in plenty of spin, though, because “we got a bunch of male victims of domestic abuse arrested” certainly doesn’t sound very good).
The thing is that the “vocal” feminists are actually presenting the viewpoints of the feminists that have power. The heads of feminist organizations, the lobbyists that are pushing for laws, the ones that have voice in the media, etc. The “vocal” feminists actually are representative of feminism, especially feminism today. There’s just a whole lot of push by feminists to cover up that fact.
I would like to say that I don’t dislike feminism. I just dislike some of the more vocal and crazy among them. You know, the ones who have an obvious double standard. Feminism itself is a wonderful concept. It’s just some people have made it look like feminism = matriarchy, and then state that their views are the correct views. It’s the same problem that my christian religion is suffering from.
“Either I get the last word in a six-month old post or you’re a drama whore.”
Great. Thanks. Nice.
I don’t care if you don’t believe me. If you knew me, I doubt you’d be saying that; but I can definitely see where you’re coming from. This awful mouthpiece caught my attention for being so highly voted and I’m still not sure why it is beyond that some users must really, really hate feminism. But fine.
Anyone else, please don’t respond to those posts, especially in a way that is likely to induce drama.
Do not respond to a six month old dead thread to try to start shit.
And don’t go “Oh, but I’m not trying to start shit”, ok? Because nobody is gonna believe you.
Care to elaborate?
