Nice job coming up with a story for this picture
A group of delinquents that had took the world by storm, instantly gaining popularity from teenagers and attention from police forces. They had took down a well-known and influential mafia leader, Discord, who had ties with the police, businesses and world relations and for that, managed to flip the world upside-down in one stroke. They are a danger to the public and has been warranted for an arrest by police forces all over Equestria.
Surprisingly, the Chief of Police Celestia actually helps them in secret.
That’s a spray can actually, notice the graffiti that spells Rarity on the wall.

In the crime war torn streets of ponyville, one mare and her unusual crew of a southern drug dealer, a high price lady of the night, a former renegade cop turned vigilante, a reclusive animal loving hacker, a recovering addict and merc created by her dealers, and her muscular and quick witted partner must make the decision to stop the violence by either becoming the officer that the city needs, or the crime lord that controls both factions.
I’m more concerned about how Twilight’s belt appears to be actually in the process of falling off.
