Because that’s the wrong idea. This picture is supposed to be a reference to the mixi max in Inazuma Eleven Go Chrono Stone. Mixi Maxing is where the aura of someone is infused into another. In this case, the strength and aura of the vampire fruit bat is combined into Fluttershy. Not only does the receiver get extra strength, it also changes their appearance to look similar to it. In this case, Flutterbat is the miximaxing result of Fluttershy combined with the aura of the Vampire fruit bat.
