Actually, there are 6 endings (assuming the ‘suicide’ and ‘end countdown’ ones are different ones rather than one and the same), but the other three are spoiled enough online, so they can check there.

Actually yes. There’s 3 endings that stem from this exact scene that can actually be triggered in several ways. And the prechiness you’re talking about is because the guy he’s arguing with, the guy you think is the villain orchestrating the whole mess, really was dead the whole time and was just a figment of his imagination. The whole conversation is a hallucination in his broken mind.
 
Anyway, in the game at this scene you can:  
a) let him pull the trigger on you  
b) turn the gun on your reflection (there by shooting yourself) or  
c) turn the gun on him and continue living the hallucination, trying to cope with what you’ve done.
 
There should be at least 20 different youtube videos showing off all the endings but again it loses any impact if you don’t experience it for yourself.

Like I said before, Let’s Plays and just watching cutscenes are not going to even come close to the experience of actually playing the game.
 
But since you’ve spoiled it for yourself I guess it doesn’t matter much anyway.
 
Long story short, you thought you were the good guy the whole time but what you thought were heroic actions actually just ended up killing thousands upon thousands of civilians until the reality of what you did/are doing keeps gnawing away at your psyche until it all comes to a boil in a final confrontation in your mind.
 
And all of this while under the disguise of a generic “Go America!” action shooter. Also you were maybe probably dead the whole time and the entire game is your purgatory but that’s just a theory…

I read this comic and watched the cutscene but still it’s look retarded for me. But I don’t played this game (and in fact I’m heard of it for first time) so, could anyone please explain to me what the hell is going on?

I meen could this “alternate” ending be possible. Like I said before what “if” her friends died one by one after the goddess got blown up. But thanks to some post traumatic stress disorder, she might think they are still alive. Believe in anything enough and it will seem true, because the truth may be harder to believe. So yeah it could have been all in her head.

Or how about all her friends die one by one after the goodness gets blown up. But scone she is nuts she still thinks there alive. But I don’t know about spike though. I don’t know how gardens of equestria work in this amazing head canon. Can you guys fill the gaps?

If it wanted to be true to the scene in Spec Ops then the “real” Pip would be aiming at her reflection while her reflection would be aiming at her own head. Made the scene much more powerful to me.
 
Just a nitpick, this is fucking awesome…
 
P.S. If we’re going by “The Line” logic, I’m assuming she actually died during the Alicorn nuke. Or, any number of the scenes where she gets “knocked out”… which is very frequently now that I think about it…
