Cloudchaser said Cloudchaser’s lines. They never made a Stormwalker. They were going to make a Stormwalker, but the animation models were used for Cloudchaser instead.
 
They haven’t released these yet, so they still have, at least in theory, a chance to fix this screwup before it happens. (Suri’s screwed, though. As a parody of a real person’s name, they really can’t trademark it.)
 
They also have a chance to fix it after it happens, in keeping with the screw-ups of other popular background ponies like Lyra and Trixie. Cloud Chaser is not really the same thing as Cloudchaser. They could still make a “Flexible Fliers” set with Flitter (recolored Fluttershy II), Cloudchaser (recolored Wonderbolt >>384016 hint hint), and Blossomforth (already made as part of an early Toys’R’Us set.)

As far as I’m aware, Rising Star was his Wikia placeholder name before Neon Lights was, before the Neon Lights name became more mainstream from the animations (probably with Vinyl’s help, I should add), and before the ccg made Rising Star “official”, though.
 
That being said, I still referred to him as Neon Lights here and there despite that, as I always preferred that name.
