It’s a good effect, but why is HE an Ultra Rare…
 
You can drop him late game, retire all of of your unicorns to take your opponent’s friends and end up having a double face off that your opponent can’t win, scoring you a ton of points and either winning you the game or clearing most of the board and leaving you ahead.
