It’s also not “new” in the sense that I made after reusing most of this one; I was just practicing a quick scrunchy-face and wasn’t even going to post it until I saw your comment.
 
Straight-out new pics just take too long to do on the fly as responses. Like, the single one of the alp-luachra scared took maybe a half-hour, and ones with a full background can take 2, sometimes 3 hours. The one of Trixie and Anon up on stage (you know the one wink wink) took a little over five hours stretched over three days just for all the characters in the background.

She’s a parasite.

It implies her existence is one that screams “don’t blame me, I was just genetically drawn this way…”, but at the same time, she’s… she’s a disruptor of what’s natural with regards to the body.
 
One thing it said previously was that the body still absorbs nutrients from food, but that actually doesn’t happen until the section that comes AFTER the stomach: digestive tract. Absorbs nutrients, pushes waste through, etc.
 
But she outright eats whatever’s in the stomach, and while living in the pony for half a day may not do much, the file states she could stay there indefinitely if she’s comfortable there.
 
Just imagine that working: You’re doing things as you’ve always done them, but suddenly you’re weaker, tired, and just stop pooping entirely.
 
It’s a cycle-disruptor, and is something that could genuinely reduce the life cycle, if one doesn’t have a means of extracting them available. Sure, she’s not malicious, but if she’s not being fed as a friend or a pet, you’re pretty much risking your life with her, or at least your well-being.
 
… Not everyone can afford paying to “eat for two”.
