Well, Dilgar were so mindbogglingly evil that they might achieve some sort of enlightenment in evilness. Not that it matters, ’cause they are all dead now.
The Abbai maybe, the Vree will likely prefer to take solid form to continue fucking with humanity. And the Drazi? The Dilgar have a better chance of ascending than those chuckleheads. XD
Dunno about league. I think Abbai, Drazi, and Vree have decent chance in achieving FO statue.
I prefer to think that after a while, the Narn and Centauri would have a similar experience to the humans after they torched their own planet, rediscovering lost texts and learning about the friendship between Londo and G’kar, realizing once and for all what these two men realized about their differences, and join the Humans and Minbari in ascension to truly complete what the Babylon Project set out to do: unite all of the major powers in true harmony.
…well, except for the League of Non-Aligned Worlds, which will spend eternity looking for anything resembling relevance. So basically, they will form the first interstellar chapter of the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
Of course, it required some very traumatic experiences, like watching his race bombed back into the stone age, then enslaved for second time, capture and torture, and loss of eye.
And even after all he have done, the Narns are still likely to be doomed as ‘Dying Race’, unable to reach the FO statue and eternally locked in struggle with Centauri.

I like to imagine that the book on the Elements of Harmony also has a section where a subspecies of pony got wiped out for their ability to absolutely fuck up someone’s mind.

I’ll admit B5 had its problems, but I loved the departure from the Almighty Status Quo and the Newtonian ballet of Starfuries in combat.
I absolutely adore how not one single person was in the same position, place, or even time as when they started at the beginning, and how all of their major decisions had lasting, permanent effects on their lives. Except for Dr. Franklin, and the only thing that kept him from being a living prop was the skill of his actor. XD
