I just hope Rainbow, Applejack, and Fluttershy notice that Twilight is possessed in the next installment and try to snap her out of it through a fight and/or an exorcism, but if that happens, they will have to fight the incubus that was in the book. Even so, there is NO way Twilight would be mentally, physically, and emotionally ok after all that! That I can sense! Why?
 
Physically: The (*snicker) dark futa magic would leave Twilight with a permanent set of male organs above her female set due to overuse, and I bet she wouldn’t be used to dealing with having a penis with balls while lucid.
 
Mentally: Not only would Twilight be obsessing over the fact that her curiosity and love for books got her possessed by an incubus, she would also be traumatized from not being in control of her body and AWARE the entire time.
 
Emotionally: Unfortunately this is the most darkest of the three, Twilight would be distraught and aghast at herself for raping Pinkie and Rarity (and more if there are) and ruining their friendship. Twilight would either desperately try to earn her friends forgiveness or seclude herself from contact, wallowing in grief and despair over her “Sin”. (It really was not her fault at all)
 
Needless to say, the others would be horrified over what transpired. AJ, Flutters and Dash would forgive Twilight eventually but Rarity would rather that she never see Twilight again, but hate her more when she finds out she’s pregnant. Pinkie, being the most sympathetic of the 6, would try to help Twilight overcome her depression and help her adjust to her new additions. It could be a rocky road for Twilight and the others. But I hope there is a happy ending after all that.
 
But hey, that’s just me. It’s Slypon’s story after all.

Ah I went back and read the original Night Mares comic, and now I see that Twilight’s own free will is absent as she herself is being controlled by some sort of dark futa magic that’s taken possession of her. That said, it’s really evil magic. Pinkie didn’t exactly say ‘no,’ but that trope is a cop-out anyway, consent via absence of non-con.

I eagerly await more of that based tongue action.
