Good news is, that half a day would bring about nothing but good, clean (okay, messy, but not SEXUAL) togetherness through helping her to get better.
 
I honestly imagine she’d get cute-sick to the point of defining the term: Her voice sounds more child-like, she starts taking nouns and adding “-ie” or “-y” at the end of them needlessly (blankie, sicky, etc.), you seldom see more than her big, cute eyes staring at you from under the comfort of her blanket until you’d need to give her something, she’d have every cute act a sick child has, with the body of a teenager (bitter-face with taking medicine, overly-eager to be spoon-fed soup, etc.)…
 
Hugging pillows despite being considerably bigger than them, talking about not being tired before falling asleep… she’d be adorable.

I think she’d be a little like Pinkie, only less self-aware.
 
“HEY! I’m home and someone’s coming towards me with delicious soup! I bet after I eat it, I can go play with them: I’m not at school today!”  
She just, like, stands up, then lets out this massive, gross, mucus-filled sneeze that shoots her back into her bed.
 
“Bleeeeuuuugggghhhhh… I’m sick-y~…”
