Well, Celly’s mutant-humanoid counterpart does have slightly pinker skin in the movie than the Alicorn we know and love (and pony-type Celestia’s coat is pink-shifted slightly from pure White, and her outline is pink)

For what it’s worth, that EQG Celestia toy is in fact White-skinned, not pink.
