In my opinion I think that she takes it off while hunting the player to easily bite the person. A lot like Foxy or Freddy it’s almost like they bite you and Toy Chica seems to lung herself at you also. I don’t think a porcelain/plastic animatronic is going to kill you with blunt force. So Toy chica leaves her beak on stage knowing it isn’t going to help her in any wy of biting you.
It’s probably because I’m a bit twisted, but I find Toy Chica without her beak and eyes to be kind of funny. She’s actually my favorite of toy versions because of this.

She has a beak and stuff during daytime, but when night rolls around… well…

Normally she does but it, along with her eyebrows seem to disappear whenever she moves, may just be to make her look more creepy.
