She’s actually made it a concrete rule that very few of her next gen characters are in permanent ships (three canon ones if I recall right, and only two of them deal with a kind of the Mane 6). Other ships she will tease to all get out, but she’ll never explicitly says something one way or the other.
I wasn’t a fan of Flashlight either, and I still don’t like Flash in the show. However, the art of dm29 and Kilala made him a bit more palatable.

There’s a lot you could say about Flash’s feasibility as a love interest, but it’s probably not in place so much on this random image. Is this really the first time you’ve seen art by Kilala97?
I do not like brad because he is the epitome of the random love interest in “high school” movies. High school romances have the attention span of a goldfish.
