Mayhap all that extra mass necessitates a running start for takeoff-those big red & green drakes looked pretty darn bottom-heavy. Then again, you also have Crackle-style hexapodal wyrms, though who knows whether their wings gain flight capacity with adulthood.
And adult dragons do look built to be primarily quadrupedal even though they’re almost exclusively bipedal into their teens. Weird, that.
I can sorta see how biped bias would be a thing for ponekind.
