Yeah, I figured you didn’t mean anything too negative, so I was trying to give a joking response. Jigglypuff’s a tricky fighter to master, but she’s got a unique skill set that makes her a very effective character in nearly any situation.

I’m not, I actually love Jigglypuff, but she’s always had a rep’ as a flawed SSB fighter. Still many can kick butt when using her correctly. Some online players even became great at spamming her powerful-yet-hard-to-pull-off “rest” special attack.
 
I love her “pound” move, or “bitch slap,” as I call it.

Hey now, don’t be trash-talking the ‘puff. ;) Seriously, though, while I find it tricky to get the timing right, when I do get it right Jigglypuff is a devastating offensive force in SSBM. (When I get the timing wrong, of course, it’s a sitting duck…)

I admit, that one doesn’t make sense. It also seems lazy considering, in the Zelda series, Ganon could do many things, shoot energy balls, throw tridents, swordfight, summon fire bats, ect. Feels like his special moveset is being wasted…  
I say give Black Shadow (F-Zero) Ganondorf’s special moves for the next SSB, and give Ganondorf new specials.
 
I actually kinda like Pichu, despite being a severely flawed character. (Even makes Jigglypuff look powerful.) But I can live without him.  
I like how he was the first SSB fighter with multiple taunts. (Depending on which direction it faced.)  
If you put him in the SMW-style Yoshi’s Island stage, in training mode, and make the speed real fast, it looks like he’s bobbing to the music. Hehe

To this day, the only “clone” character I dislike is how Ganondorf is a clone of Captain Falcon for some unfathomable reason.
 
Also, Pichu sucked and I am so glad that he never came back after Melee.

Is it weird I kinda miss Wolf O’Donnel? (AKA Star “Can’t let you do that” Wolf)
 
And before you all go, “he’s just a pointless clone character,” yet people were happy about Lucus, & Roy coming back as DLC. (Including me admittedly.) Even the clones are kinda fun, and have some unique moves, physics, or variations differing from their “parent” character. (So honestly, I never had any issues with the “clone/similar” characters.) Frankly, I felt Wolf was less a clone of Fox then Falco was. I also liked his Brawl outfit. (Better then his SF Assault/Command outfit.)
 
Plus I feel SSB could use more “villain” characters, and having Fox fight Falco never made much sense to me.

Well, he’s basically supposed to represent the G&W series. I never heard of them, until the “G&W Gallery” games were released on Gameboy, but I hear they were very popular in the ’80s when they first came out.
 
They even occasionally rereleased keychain versions of them as “Nintendo Mini Classics” games. I have the “Super Mario Bros.” one, (which even still has the clock & alarm functions in tact) but it needs a new battery.  
I wish they would release those again, but in cases that better resemble the original G&W games. (THey have those in Japan though, I hear.)

Oh, I didn’t even notice that. I knew Mr. Game & Watch is suppose to be generic, but as in so generic it makes him unique.

I don’t know, I read he was based off the jumpers from “Fire,” & “Parachute,” and he looks exactly like them. He’s supposed to be a generic G&W character.

I think I once read somewhere that Mr. Game & Watch’s form was very original since there isn’t a G&W character from the series with that type of design.

Yeah, I know. I love how every one of his attacks is a reference to a G&W game. (Even his “grab” move is called “Cement Factory,” and the throw attack “Ball” in the official player’s guides.)  
His design seems mostly based off the eyeless falling G&W people from the G&W game “Fire.”
 
Sense “G&W Gallery 4” (GBA) came out after Melee, Mr. G&W does cameo in the game.

Well technically he’s just a representative of the G&W series with how Flat Zone 2 changes and his own unique moveset.

I imagine many SSB fans said that, but sense I played the G&W Gallery games on Gameboy I was already kinda familiar with Mr. G&W before his inclusion in Melee.

I know, right? For a second I thought that this wasn’t Brawl’s full roster.

SSB (N64), Melee, and Brawl’s rosters now look tiny compared to the new one/s.
