Hot Head: holds out arm
 
Amber: dabs the cotton ball

Amber: This’ll help clean it. Do you want it to get infected?
 
Hot Head: shakes head
 
Amber: finishes cleaning and puts a bandage on There you go! All better
 
Hot Head: Thanks
 
Amber: You’re welcome kisses Hot Head on the forehead
 
Hot Head: Ew! Why’d you kiss me???
 
Amber: Because when I was littler, my mommy used to kiss me on the head when I was sad so I would feel better.

Lucky and Hot Head walk over to the kitchen counter where Amber is sorting bills

Lucky: pulls him back Hi Amber
 
Amber: Huh? Oh hey. You need something? Sorry I didn’t make food yet. I-I have some money if you wanna go grab something
 
Lucky: No, it’s okay. We’re fine kisses Amber on the head
 
Hot Head: follows Lucky’s example
 
Amber: Oh. What was that for?
 
Hot Head: You said your mom used to give them to you when you were sad and that they made you feel better
 
Lucky: And you seemed like you needed one or two. Plus you always give us kisses and we just thought we’d return them. We really appreciate them by the way.
 
Amber: Oooooooh you guys. You’re gonna make me cry. Thank you. I feel a lot better now.
 
Lucky: I bet you’d feel even better if you played a game of cards with us. Just one
 
Hot Head: Please play. I can’t for the life of me beat Lucky.

This is pretty old haha. Sorry for spamming you with the “troublemakers”. I’ve been planning out the Illusion and Starburst dialogue picture. I’m trying to kinda pick a scenario that’ll show more than one aspect of their relationship and I think I’ve got one so look out for that.
 
A while ago, I decided that forehead kisses were gonna be a special thing between these three. I don’t know if you noticed but the forehead kiss is in a couple other drawings with them. Just thought it’d be a cute thing that Amber started to make Hot Head and Lucky feel special and loved :)
 
I’ve been in a really happy mood lately lol. I’m not sure if I’ve said this before but I draw pictures and write little stories according to how I feel at the time. I feel like that’s a good tip to give you guys who are trying to make your artwork more expressive. It makes the emotions so much more real if you’re feeling what the characters are feeling. I personally find it hard to make a super angry drawing while I’m super happy. Just doesn’t feel as genuine. So tap into those emotions people!
