Plot Twist: It is a bad ending of a Season 7 episode “Secrets and Pies”. Well it is an episode where Dash upsets Pinkie after she found out for Dash throwing away Pinkie’s Pie after Dash receive one.

That was my thought as well. Rainbow Dash’s expression isn’t so much, “Oh shit, Pinkie’s gone knife-crazy,” as it is, “This again? Pinkie, it’s really starting to get old.”
