Cewestia immediately sees that “Philomena” is indeed a Ro-pet, the same being that many humans assumed that she was, thus causing her to have a crisis in wondering if she was one. Regardless of how relevant that subject is, it would be enough to cause her confusion to blend with rage as she realizes that her “parents” had lied to her, as she was expecting a revived Philomena the way she sees her (as the Equestrian phoenix) instead of a Ro-pet, which she has since established a bad history with.
 
She will then probably fly into a rage and start warping reality in a most violent manner…
