If it’s the same paint as the eyes an cutie mark, I don’t think it should, so long as you use a clean cotton swab.
I don’t think the QR code distracts from the toy that much. At least it isn’t that tinsel hair junk.
I am a bit nervous about staining, though. I hope it comes off cleanly.
I assume it’s nothing some cotton swabs and some nail polish remover can’t take care of.

Looks like she also has a tape measure around her neck. I can’t tell if that’s the case because of the quality of the picture, but if it is, it’s a good touch.
