Name mixing wouldn’t ring as well. Tatzyl roughly rhymes with Apple, ergo Tatzyljack Not Twigatatzyl.

Yay. Now I have the whole story on how this adorifying creature came to be.
It’s just the way the names are structured. Each has three syllables; the first has a soft “A” sound and the second has an “L” sound. Recombination was easy.
Also, it’s simultaneously cute and horrifying, so it was begging to be done.

Alright. Proper indepth explanation:
Basically I was drunk off my ass after a hard days work crawling inside other people’s heads and decided it’d be fun to peruse Derpibooru looking for trouble. I stumbled across this gif:
I hadn’t even seen the episode but decided “hey, pause it and it looks like she’s being inhaled Kirby style!”
Then I added tentacles to make it more fetishally awkward.
Then the three tentacles reminded me of that worm thing and added the tail and face markings.
Then I added two more panels because why not.
Then I added the description because my alcohol-soaked brain thought it was cute.
Then apparently a lot more people thought it was cute.
Then bragging on the part of myself began.
He has commented on a different image that he was, in fact, drunk while making that first edit.
Oh yes.
But still.
This is quite beyond common randomness.
