well it’s as i said it’s an open commission , so someone looking for a new oc likes that one and then it’s theirs , then if they want more they can just make more regular commissions…..
Copyright enforcement? On DA? That really only helps if you don’t pay up. On such a big site, how will the creator know that you stole their design unless it’s completely unique?
What’s the point of having an OC if you can’t draw it or use it? If you want to RP with it, you could have just made a rudimentary outline of it in Pony Creator and not paid real money.
well artist can pretty much have any image of their taken down from any site if they so wish , might be some stupid copyright stuff that can help them in preventing that as well…..

What stops anyone from stealing a design without paying? Why would you pay money for someone else’s OC? What prevents someone from bidding and then just never paying up?

Never heard of DA Adoptables, eh? It’s kind is stupid. A person designs an OC (the “adoptable”) and then people in the comments bid REAL MONEY on the OC. Whoever wins has rights to the pony design, I guess.
