not really, we can also have anthro with almost human nose. I could say the determining fact would be ears but then we also have some humans with pony ears and anthro with elf or other types of ears.  
In the end, we cant really put a line on what is specifically anthro or pony, or anthro or human, specially if we’re only concentrating it into one specific detail, that just doesn’t work.  
I say it’s anthro; if we want to call it a satyr the top half should be undoubtedly human and the other pony, which would mean we need to be sure the top half isn’t covered in fur while the legs are, And i dont know you but i would find it very creepy if her pony legs where merely coated in furless skin… then again, she doesn’t have a tail either, so it’s not entirely impossible.

the #1 determining factor is do that have a human nose or a muzzle, and this is clearly a nose.

The only time I see arm-hooves is on semi-anthro stuff, but I guess she has a human face. The fact that she’s still got her white coat all over her upper body throws me off. But looking through her other stuff, pinkie does and AJ may or may not.

how? she clearly has a human nose, not a snout/muzzle. and she has hands, not those weird arm hooves things. she has a horn, but we get horned humanizations all the time.

That face seems more humanoid-with-horn than anything. Tail might be somehow packed into that bottom, but simple omission’s equally likely…though come to think of it, I could see some anthropones keeping tail-hair trimmed/buzzed to minimize door/furniture-snaring issues.

But her upper half is anthro, not human. And I just noticed that she’s missing her tail, which normally both anthro AND satyr have. So who the fuck even knows.

guys, please. bigdad’s rarity is not anthro, she’s a satyr. I have to change this every time.
