I have over 4,000 pony pics on my computer and none of them goes past the tag “Questionable”. Am I doing this entirely wrong?

This is what happens when uploaders use PNG for shaded images and JPEG for flat-color images. You’re doing it wrong!

So, if a site is less than 1/6 porn, but its users save 3-5 times as much porn as safe images, is it a porn site anyway?

my unsorted derpi folder is 75 gb

That’s nothing. Try realizing that your Derpibooru porn folder is 23-24 gigabytes while everything else in your porn folder is either in the megabytes range or 2-3 gigabytes at the most.

My 10G are fairly evenly split, and that’s just because all the IDW comics are backed up in the iTunes folder, not there.
 
I think the impulse to save a good NSFW image is stronger than with a comparably good safe one, because long experience taught me to subconsciously anticipate an upcoming purge, when some host’s TOS change and suddenly everything “dirty” gets deleted.
 
I know that Derpibooru wouldn’t do that of their own free will, but it’s only a matter of time until some politician has a very urgent need to be seen “protecting the children” and comes up with a train of logic like, “1. My Little Pony is for little girls. 2. This site has MLP porn. 3. ???? 4. CHILD MOLESTATION!!!”

77.5 Gb id pure images, 59.4 gb is porn and another unsorted folder at 75.2 gb.  
not counting the folder i have with the episodes and other stuff like it

19,2 gigabytes? Pfft. Small time.
 
I got 167 gigabytes, 97 gigabytes if I exclude the episodes.

Pffft. Hard drives are cheap. No reason to delete any of it. ;)

Yup. You beat me. My collection went up to 6000 pics before i began to cut through to keep only my very favorite.
