you should see the kissplayers manga in ‘dengeki hobby’ the latter issues crams 10+ frames and lots of text in one page (all issues of kissplayers are only one page).
And that is the exact reason I find this ‘artist’ to be a no talent hack.

language barrier aside, english fluency isn’t really a factor in storymaking (having a good translator will do that for you) but a poor story is a poor story no matter what the language IMO.
Out of curiosity I looked up the artist. Looks like they’re from Peru.
Incidentally I also discovered they draw a lot of little kids naked and there’s a substantial difference in the number of pieces their name is attached to on here and the number I see in their gallery through my filters.

possible outcomes i can figure out/speculate is
A. celestia is lying and doing it for the material
B. celestia is telling the truth about maredina
C. celestia is telling a half-truth about maredina. she did exile the dragons and slaves but she herself is a slave/in on it.
D. adam west having a weeeeird dream

Yeah, seriously. PALCOMIX is the king of picking artists that very clearly have to trade artistic skills for writing chops so both the writing and art come out mediocre at best. That said;

if you add the line about celestia wanting a vid, it’ll make sense that the tale about maredina is made up (twilight knowing nothing about it plays nicely into celestia’s plan if this is a grand sex vid plot) to compel the girls into placating spike
