Still rare. Still having to resort in villainy to get one.
Only Friends has been unique promos.
Tirek is probably an UR (still rare though).
However - according to devs (I think), targets are always legit targets.
So if Maud, Like a Rock and Tall Tail challenge Tirek, then Tall Tale has to go.
Unless you challenge your own Tirek, then Maud has to go.
Also interesting that his magic-drain ability doesn’t work if the targeted Friends can’t be dismissed for whatever reason. If, for example, your Maud Pie, Like a Rock challenges your opponent’s Lord Tirek solo, nothing happens. Which is just hilariously appropriate IMO.

Other cards has always been parallell.
This is true except for Crystal Games, where Mane 6 was background ponies.
Yeah, but there are cases of promos being versions of otherwise obtainable cards. (eg the Derpy one for Bronycon last year had a non-promo version too.
That will probably happen. But remember that this is a promo.
Premiere, Canterlot Nights both had unique mane 6 promos.
Crystal Games had 6 unique promos with background ponies.
Absolute Discord seems to go back to mane 6.
