I like seeing this as casual myself! In a fantasy world where these things can be controlled, this is probably just more of a huge inconvenience for Spike rather than something he’d be afraid of. I’m soft when it comes to vore as I (along with a handful others) prefer to view it as a way of being close to another.
 
On cold days, I actually feel a bit warmer when thinking about it from the prey’s perspective, haha!

When I see stuff like this I prefer to think of it as “C’mon Twi I don’t have time to get eaten today…” sort of thing, rather than abject terror at being devoured. Because I’m a softy.

I’m flattered to hear that! Still, I’ll admit I try to emulate Nummynumz’ style of them, but in a more simplified way. (Hers are quite detailed at times, but not skin-tight detailed.)

I remember saying that I like the thought of the ponies’ digestive systems being 100% efficient. Maybe Spike is magically preserved but ends up having to take a (progressively) clean(er) tour of Twilight’s intestines to get out.

I have no doubts about any of that - I used the word ‘dazed’ as sort of an over simplification of Spikes situation.

Even taking that into account Spike would probably come out traumatized, having feared for his life.  
Especially if he’s claustrophobic. He could void his bowels.  
Probably hungry too considering a pony’s metabolism is probably slower than a growing baby dragon’s.

I like to think that as a dragon, his scale will protect him from Twilight’s stomach acid, and as a result he’ll pass through mostly unharmed. I would love to see a surprised Twilight giving butt birth to a dazed Spike.
