“И в хвост и в гриву” (“both in the tail and in the mane”) seems to refer to very harsh riding aids.
Here is a collection of translations from two dictionaries:

It is used as an intensifier for verbs meaning persistent activities like to fight an enemy in a war, to punish, to use, maybe to force another to work or to study, many of which are replaced with a verb that means “to fuck”, especially by people who have no idea of the origin of the phrase, which gives it a sexual sense, like in the name of some erotic movie registered in 2009.

If somepony still trying to translate the idiom, its like: gallop/blow/buck (the horse) by the mane and by the tail, which suppose to be very fast

So can someone explain to me why prices are so high on show-inaccurate blow-up dolls that look like garbage again?
 
Any inflatable that isn’t by a company like Intex or etc are extremely overpriced. PuffyPaws inflatables would probably be one of the best examples of inflatables costing way WAYY too much. IW is about the same way…though I guess the material is just expensive…
 
Believe me, in only 1 year these prices has put me into a bind of suffering.

I think it’s on Alibaba by a company named “Hongyi”. Be warned though…prices are usually very high on stuff like this, and companies like Hongyi are known for sometimes having “questionable” quality.
