I’d argue that Pinkie’s agility is mostly ridiculous and there for the cartoony gags. Since much of it makes no sense, it’s hard to compare with the other characters

Hmm..so it’s between Rarity and Twilight on who’s more agile.
 
Twilight has shown improvement with her wings, but her battle with Tirek can be argued about her flying ability as she took on the other 3 princess’ powers and speed. I’m drawing a blank for Twilight’s agile abilities. Wanna help me out?
 
Hmm…Rarity did pretty well in the Sisterhooves Social episode at the end, coming in second in the race. And she is on par with Rainbow and AJ on physical fighting, surprisingly. She kicked that Manticore in the face, fought the changelings with her hooves and gave AJ a sweet kick when they were ‘discorded’.

Pretty sure her agility has improved since the skating and rock sliding thing. She can fly now, and I’d say she’s more agile than Rarity.

Status sounds more like a class.

Pinkie’s agility is probably near the top. She can bend and stretch in cartoonish ways; does that count as agility, or magic?

All that is is a solution to her terrible agility. That’s her using her intense magical ability to overcome one of her biggest weaknesses

Twilgiht might be the least agile of the bunch.
 
AJ and Rainbow are top tier.
 
Fluttershy is apparently capable of doing complex aerial maneuvers to save her animals
 
Pinkie and Rarity don’t have much but…
 
Twilight is clumsy, nearly gets killed by a rockslide(saved by AJ), can’t skate and she can’t jump for crap.
