Shampoos for dreadlocks HAVE to be “eco-friendly” due to the nature of dreadlock maintenance. And even then, “all natural” and “organic” soaps and shampoos still may not be safe for dreads. The long and short is that many soaps and shampoos have conditioners, fragrances, and oils while good for normal hair styles, will trap moisture in the locks stunting the locking process, worst case being mold develops. Sorry for ruining the joke.
|| Besides, she obviously cut them for charity. She getting ready to have them locks again.||
Once again, they weren’t “Eco-friendly”.
There are shampoos that are specific for dreadlocks. Not everyone who has locks never washes their hair.
