I actually dislike catgirls quite a bit to be honest, as I tend to really not like character tropes that are exclusively and blatantly-Japanese in origin and as such only really show up in anime and western attempts to emulate anime (though there are plenty of anime tropes that are more universal, and I like those better.) But thanks and yeah, I guess that is a pretty good pun, lol. And I dunno…maybe “Nyaria Blaze” would be a cool meme, after all.
 
I just think animu is overrated, and I’ve seen weeaboos putting down stuff like EqG for being generic or over-commercialized teeny-bopper high school drama crap and assume it’s got no entertainment value (well of course, we all sorta thought that at first didn’t we? :P,) but then go and watch even more formulaic animu with the exact same premise, the only difference being it’s Japanese and usually for teens and adults instead of kids.
