Tanks for the memories was obviously a dealing with death episode. She even buries him at the end. The fact they did it this way means this was the best they could get away with.
Staff OCs we saw.
Free hugs? I’ve not checked but surely we’ve had a tonne of those already?
Good choice of things to happen, other than the Draconies which never had a chance.
@cujo the cat
I’m with you here. That was a coping with death episode. Rainbow goes through all the steps of grief in order and there is plenty of symbolism and metaphor to legitimately make that claim.
However, I see why and how some disagree. Well, agree to disagree, I guess.
A Very Special Episode: One that deals with a more serious or controversial modern social issue. We’ve come pretty close with One Bad Apple and Flight to the Finish. I’m waitin’ for them to take that one step further. Hasbro may or may not have the nads themselves, but hey,–
“Very Special Episode” has a very broad definition, ranging from drug abuse, to racism, to death, to a host of other societal ills, and drugs are not specifically mentioned on the Bingo card.
Actually, Tank is alive and well as confirmed by latest episode.

Plus, we could consider Castle Sweet Castle as an alternative, since it dealt with the loss of a home.

Oh snap!
The IDW comics. Katie Cook and Andy Price had their OCs in this last episode.
Who are you referring to otherwise :o?
=I
Where do you see drugs.
Can it be the Very Special Episode?
It doesn’t count until they explicitly say. Tank isn’t dead.
